Can I get a copy of my tax invoice?
If you've placed an order with us, the invoice can be found in your email inbox, in your account if you entered your membership number or by contacting us.
Once you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation in your email. This email will have the invoice attached.
If you did not receive this email but entered your IKEA Family or IKEA for Business membership number at the time of purchase, you can view your past purchases by logging into your account. You can save the invoice from here.
If you are still unable to locate your invoice, please get in touch with us and one of our co-workers can resend this to you.
