You can use this in many ways: (1) cool letter tray; (2) fruit and food basket as pictured; (3) stacked shelf organizer cylindrical items, toilet paper, canned foods, sodas; (4) undersink organizer, more efficient, stackable and cheaper too; (5) garage, garden and outdoor.

Doesn't work with the BERGSHULT / GRANHULT shelfEdnaWe bought 4, but didn't realize that it wouldn't fit the thicker BERGSHULT / GRANHULT shelves until after we tried to install them. It does fit an older all wood Ikea shelf we had purchased a few years ago so we used 2 there. Very convenient. We kept the other 2 because the price is great and we'll use in the pantry4
Create more pantry space!KayeI love this generous-sized sturdy basket. I will be getting at least one more. I use these to create more space on the bottom shelf of my super-tiny panty. I have down-sized from a huge walk-in pantry to a tiny closet pantry 18" wide and these baskets really make a difference. I use one of them to store extra zevia cans. Cans stay corralled on their sides well in the basket.5

Does not fit thick (7/8") Ikea shelvesNicholas B.Disappointed to find out that this is made to fit only thinner shelves, and not the Bergshult 7/8" shelves in our kitchen - we could jam this basket on anyway, but it pinches the shelf and will probably ruin the finish. This should probably be made more clear in the measurements section, although it is noted in the product details (we bought in store and didn't see this). Really wish there were a variant for thicker shelves, especially since Ikea sells the shelves we want to use this on! Would also love another colorway or two.2
