Misaligned partsNurbekI was able to assemble the table after an exchange of parts that were misaligned. The product comes in two boxes, I exchanged one box. It takes time to put it all together.

Nice Size Dining TablePegI bought this as I needed a narrow dining room table. It went together easily and the directions were clear. It fits in my space exactly as I wanted it to.
Good ValueJohnThis is a good table. Size is perfect for 4 or 6 with the expansion leaf. Could squeeze in 8 possibly. A lot of steps to building it but if you follow the directions carefully it will go well. Takes about 2 1:2 hrs you will need a partner it is a heavy table.

Excellent valueDeborahI actually bought two of these tables to accommodate large family gatherings (can now seat 16 people). They look great, are not difficult to assemble, and are cost effective. I highly recommend.
Extension pops out and is difficult to put back inSusanThe guides to extend the table are made of cheap plastic. So when you try to extend the table or put it back, the table pops out of the guides. It really is difficult to extend or make smaller again. Very frustrating. It takes two people to get the table out and then two people to try to put the table top back into the plastic guide lines in order to make it smaller again.
The table is fine as long as you don't extend it or try to make it smaller. I would not recommend this table if you are going to open and close it very much.
great table!JeffreyI bought this table over 3 years ago and it has worked wonders! It's sturdy and good material. I have bought several Ikea furniture over the years and it always works for me. In my opinion the assembling part can be challenging but if you follow the instructions, you'll be fine!
Earlier Review was incorrectJoePreviously I gave a poor review because I thought I was missing a second box and would have to drive 1 1/2 hrs each back to the store, because Ikea would not ship it to me. Turns out I had the second box, and the table is great and went together just fine. I would suggest that Ikea more clearly label multiple boxes as "1 of 2 and 2 of 2" instead of simply putting 1 and 2 on each box. Should also be noted on the receipt. The table is great, good quality. I would highly recommend it. Just make sure you have both boxes when you leave the store if you're from out of town, because you'll have to drive back to the store if you didn't get them both.
Horrible to put togetherMelanieI’ve assembled tons of IKEA and other furniture and I’ve never stopped halfway through before, till now. Seriously. One screw is stripped and it won’t go further in or out. The slides are impossible to get into the wood pieces they supposedly go into unless maybe one can bench press 400 lbs. I’m planning to ask my neighbor to try since he’s stronger than I but two women definitely can’t put this thing together just due to that. I was so excited to get it but now I feel like just setting it on fire and starting over.

Great dinner table!JosefinaI loved this table! it's very comfortable, the hight is just the best, and it's very firm. It took us a while to assembly it, but it's easy to do so. I thought that the width would be a little smaller, because the space that I have isn't so big... but this way is better for the person that sits in the head of the table.
