Juicy plant-based burgers
Delicious burgers made from plant-based mince and served with flavour-enhancing sides like fresh jalapeno, red onion and garlic mayonnaise. Yummy!
Serves: 4 | Time: 20 min
600 g VÄRLDSKLOK plant mince
2 tsp. smoked paprika powder
0.5 tsp. salt
2 pinches of black pepper
Rapeseed oil for frying
Step by step:
- Spread out the frozen mince on a platter and let it thaw for about 30 minutes. It should not quite reach room temperature.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Wet your hands in cold water (to avoid it sticking to your hands) and shape four burgers.
- Fry in rapeseed oil on medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are nice and firm.
- Heat the hamburger buns and fill your hamburger with the condiments of your liking.
