Can I return a product to a Collection Point?

If you placed your order for a Collection Point, please contact us to check the possibility of return on site and the associated costs.

You can return products at a Collection Point, but it must be confirmed beforehand.
Please contact IKEA Customer Support during opening hours so we can check whether the return can be made at that location and inform you about any associated costs.
