How does the Click & Collect service work?
Add the items to the cart and choose the "Click & Collect" option at checkout. Select the pick-up point and time that is most convenient for you. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with all the details. When your order is ready, we will let you know. Just bring the order confirmation and an identification document. Need help? Follow the instructions in the email or contact our Customer Service.
b. Select the option "Collect at an IKEA store" or "Collect at a pick-up point" at checkout.
c. Choose your preferred IKEA Store or one of the designated External Collection Points and select an available time.
d. Finalize the order; if you are an IKEA Family member or meet the criteria for fee exemption, prices will be adjusted at checkout.
e. The system may not display the desired location due to high demand; Please try again in 1–2 days, as alternative options may arise.
f. Cancel your Click & Collect order using the Manage Order if you change your mind before the collection. Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation. If you need help contact o IKEA Customer support.
b. You will receive an email or SMS notification confirming the order, with full details on when and where you can pick up your items. You will only be able to pick up the order after receiving this confirmation.
c. Whether you ordered through Click & Collect at an IKEA store or a collection point, your order is available for the duration of your order. 3 days after notification. After this period, the order can be canceled, the amount paid is refunded and the goods are returned to stock.
d. Track the status of your order through the tool Track and manage your order.
e. Please check your email regularly during the collection period to stay informed of any changes or delays.
b. Please refer to the opening hours and collection instructions of the IKEA store or Collection Point you have chosen. You can find this information on the IKEA website, on the "Where we are".
c. If the order includes heavy or bulky items, make sure you have enough help.
d. Go to the designated pick-up area (usually next to the Customer Service Desk) during the indicated hours.
e. Present your order confirmation, photo ID and purchase invoice. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, make sure you bring the order confirmation and identification.
f. The products are prepared on a trolley at the collection counter, to facilitate the process.
g. Collect your items and load them into the vehicle; If you need it, you can ask for support from a collaborator, but keep in mind that this possibility of help is not guaranteed.
b. Before leaving, check if you have received all the items, if you detect any exchanged, damaged or missing items, report them immediately.
