How can I order larger spare parts?

If you need a larger spare part or can't find the part number, you can contact Customer Care online, by phone or in IKEA stores.

You can order large replacement parts if you need to replace a product you already own, a product that is no longer under warranty, or a product that is no longer available. Large spare parts do not have identification numbers like small ones and require the assistance of an IKEA co-worker to identify and order them.
Important: The availability of spare parts is not guaranteed. Even after identifying the part, it may not be in stock, which means we also cannot guarantee that a reservation will be possible.

Below we explain how you can order these large spare parts.

How to order online? 

To get help online, type "Talk to a co-worker" in the chat. A colleague will help you identify the missing part, confirm availability and, if possible, indicate its price. If the piece is in stock, we can complete the reservation and schedule the collection in store.
Please have your order number or invoice ready when you contact us, so we can help you faster.
 

How to order in stores? 

If you prefer to visit an IKEA store, make sure you bring your purchase invoice or receipt.
If you used your account IKEA Family At the time of purchase, you can also access the receipt by logging in and consulting the Purchase History.
When you arrive at the store, go to the Customer Service desk. An IKEA co-worker will help you identify the missing piece.
  • If the part is in stock, you can take it with you immediately.
    Please note that availability is not guaranteed, so it may not be possible to provide the part or make a reservation at that moment.


How to order parts for discontinued products?

If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have already been discontinued, write "I want to talk to someone" no chat.
An employee will check the availability and cost of the pieces, and can make the reservation for you and then pick up at the store.
Please have the product information with you before contacting support.
We are not always able to secure replacement parts for discontinued items, but we will do our best to help.
