Do you have spare parts available for your products?

We want to help extend the lifespan of our products, so our range of spare parts includes almost all parts from our current range. Even if it's an older IKEA product, it's worth checking the availability of spare parts.

If you identified yourself as an IKEA Family member when making a purchase for which you need a spare part, you can order the part directly by accessing your profile and selecting the purchase in your Purchase History. Replacement parts are also available at the Customer Service points in our IKEA stores.

     🔩 Hardware and small parts are items like screws, washers, or hinges that have a 6-digit number visible in the product's assembly instructions. With our spare parts service on our website, you can order the hardware from IKEA, and we will send it to your home for free: Order spare parts.

🪑 Large parts include, for example, furniture backs, sofa cushions, or dresser sides, among others. Our Customer Service will be happy to check the availability and price of these parts for you.

🎛️ Appliance parts include all parts that come with the appliances themselves. They can be ordered through the product manufacturer.
