What can I do if my product is missing parts?
If you have received a product or package with missing parts, you can order the parts online, pick them up at an IKEA store or request a delivery through IKEA Customer Service, depending on which part is missing.
Missing Parts from Your Purchase
There is a 6- or 8-digit code

- Visit an IKEA store
Before visiting your nearest IKEA store, please bring your purchase invoice or receipt. If you used your IKEA Family account at the time of purchase, you can access your receipt by logging in to your Purchase History. Go to the Customer Service desk once you arrive at the store.
One of our employees will help you identify the missing part. If the part is in stock, you can take it with you immediately. - Contact IKEA Customer Service online

If, after delivery or collection via IKEA Click & Collect or a collection hub , you notice that an item is missing, first check if your order was split into several.
