How can I order small spare parts?
If you need small spare parts, you can order from the parts ordering tool on the IKEA website, on the shopping page of your IKEA Family account, or at the Customer Service desks of any IKEA store.

You can order small spare parts in two ways:

How to place an order in stores?
If you need the part urgently, most IKEA stores (except the Planning & Ordering Studios) have a small selection of spare parts at the Customer Service desks.
Stock availability may vary. If the piece is available, a colleague helps to take it with you immediately. If it is not in stock, a colleague will help you place the order.
It is not possible to check the stock availability of small spare parts online in your IKEA store.
Discontinued products
For IKEA products that have already been discontinued, We do not provide spare parts. Still, we are here to support you and help you find the best possible solution.
