Can I return items if I no longer have a receipt?
If you don't have your receipt, we will always help.
To return a product, you must present proof of purchase, but it does not have to be the original receipt. A bank statement detailing the transaction, as time, date and amount of purchase, or using your IKEA Family card to locate your receipt are valid options.
Take the product with proof of purchase to your nearest store (does not include planning and ordering studios, and fixed and furniture collection points) or find alternative return options.
