If I return a product, how is it refunded?

At IKEA it's okay to change your mind 😊.

We accept the return of all products in salable condition within the 365 days return policy, except dirty, stained, damaged, broken, incomplete, modified and/or custom-made products, and gift cards (gift cards). 

If the product has not been used or does not show signs of use, the refund will be made to the same payment method as the purchase. Otherwise, the refund will be made on a refund card. 

The assessment of the product or any damage to it will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of IKEA Portugal.
