What should I do when there is an error on my invoice?

To ensure that your invoice is correct, it is critical that the information you provide during the ordering process is accurate.

To ensure that your invoice is correct, please confirm that all the data entered during the order is correct before finalizing the purchase. This way, we avoid mistakes and make the process easier for you.
After the invoice has been issued, the law only requires its correction when the error causes the VAT to have been underpaid. In other cases, such as when you want to replace personal data with that of a company, the change may not be possible.
If you detect any error, gather the documents that prove the correct data (for example, proof of TIN) contact us. One of our employees will review your request and, where the law permits, correct the invoice.
