My online order payment was refused, what can I do?

If you have difficulty paying for your online purchase, check that the amount has not been debited from your account.

If it hasn't been deducted, re-add the payment details or try another payment method. Before you try again, you can delete cookies from your computer or try making the purchase using a different browser or device, such as a mobile phone or tablet.
