Log in to IKEA.pt (in the upper right corner of the website)
Go to Purchase history
Select the relevant purchase
Click View receipt to open or download it

💻📞 Online or phone purchases

Your receipt was automatically sent to the email address used for the order.
Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

🏬 In‑store purchases without a card

If you didn’t use an IKEA Family or Business Network card, our team can help.
Please contact IKEA Customer Support and have the following information ready:

Total amount
IKEA store where the purchase was made
