Do you need to access the 2nd copy of an invoice?

Find out how to get a duplicate of the IKEA invoice, whether you are an IKEA Family member, whether you bought online or in a physical store. 👇

If you used the IKEA card for the purchase, you can consult and download the invoice directly on the website:

Steps:

  1. Go to IKEA.pt and log in to your IKEA account.
  2. No menu Purchase history.
  3. Select the purchase you want to view.
  4. Click Show invoice to view or download.

If you made a purchase online or over the phone, the invoice was automatically sent to the email you used for the order.

⚠️ Also check your spam or junk folder.

🏬 In-store purchases without an IKEA card

If you bought in store and did not use the IKEA Family or Business Network card, you can request the invoice through customer support.

To locate the invoice, please tell us:

  • Date of purchase
  • Purchase value
  • Store where you made the purchase
  • VAT number associated with the purchase
