How can I get a duplicate of my IKEA invoice?

Do you need a duplicate or proof of purchase? Follow the instructions below, depending on how you made your purchase.

If you are an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member and you used your card for your in-store purchase:
  1. Log in to IKEA.pt (in the top right corner of the website)
  2. Go to your "Purchase History"
  3. Select the purchase for which you want the invoice
  4. Click Show Invoice to view and download it
If you placed an order online or by phone:
Your invoice was automatically sent to the email address you used at the time of ordering. Check your inbox and spam folder.
If you bought in store and didn't use your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card:
Get in touch with us. We will help you recover your invoice. To speed up the process, have with you:
  • Date of purchase
  • Total purchase amount
  • Name of the store where the purchase was made
  • Your Tax Identification Number (NIF)
