How can I get a duplicate of my IKEA invoice?
If you need a duplicate invoice or proof of purchase, please follow the instructions below based on your original method of purchase.
- Sign in to IKEA.pt (in the upper right corner of the website)
- Navigate to the "Purchase History" section
- Select the specific purchase for which you need the invoice.
- Click Show Invoice to view and download it
- Date of purchase
- Total purchase amount
- Name of the IKEA store where the purchase was made
- Your Tax Identification Number (NIF)
