How can I get a duplicate of my IKEA invoice?

If you need a duplicate invoice or proof of purchase, please follow the instructions below based on your original method of purchase.

If you are an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member and you used your card for your in-store purchase:
  1. Sign in to IKEA.pt (in the upper right corner of the website)
  2. Navigate to the "Purchase History" section
  3. Select the specific purchase for which you need the invoice.
  4. Click Show Invoice to view and download it
If you placed an order online or by phone:
For purchases made online or over the phone, your invoice has been automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder to find the invoice.
If you bought in store and didn't use your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card:
If you have made an in-store purchase and have not used your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card, please contact IKEA Customer Service for assistance. To speed up the process, have the following information handy:
  • Date of purchase
  • Total purchase amount
  • Name of the IKEA store where the purchase was made
  • Your Tax Identification Number (NIF)
