Can I access my invoices if I’ve lost them?
📌 Are you an IKEA Family member? Then we’ve got good news!
You can easily check all your invoices. Just log in to your IKEA Family account and go to your purchase history. Click on the purchase you’re looking for and… there’s the invoice! You can even print it if you like. 🖨️
Placed an order online or by phone?
In that case, the invoice was sent to the email address used when placing the order.
💡 Important:
If you didn’t link your IKEA Family account at the time of purchase, it might be a bit harder to retrieve that information. But don’t worry — just contact us, we’re always here to help!
To locate your invoice, we’ll need:
📅 Purchase date
💶 Amount
📍 Store
🔢 VAT number
