What is IKEA's return policy for custom countertops?
f you wish to cancel your order for a custom stone countertop, you must do so before we start production to avoid non-refundable costs.
If the order is canceled after the measurement verification service has been carried out, the cost of this service will not be refunded.
Countertops and panels are manufactured exclusively to your specifications. Once production begins, we are creating a unique product for your home that cannot be sold to anyone else. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order or if we have already started production of the countertop, a refund is not possible.
