How do I use my IKEA Gift or Refund card online?

Shopping online at IKEA is an easy and convenient experience, especially when using a Gift or Cashback Card.

To use an IKEA Gift or Refund card when making a purchase on IKEA.pt, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart on IKEA.
  2. Select your desired delivery method and enter your personal details.
  3. During payment, choose 'Add an IKEA gift/refund card' and enter the PIN code on the card to complete the payment.

Remember that you can use more than one gift card for a purchase.

Don't worry if you don't use your entire balance at once, it will be updated within a few hours and can be used again, whether making an online purchase or visiting the store.
