How do I sign in and use my IKEA Family account?

To collect points, redeem rewards, access exclusive member discounts and save your invoices digitally, simply use your IKEA Family card in-store or log in to your online account. If you are not identified as a member, membership benefits cannot be applied at that time or after the purchase is complete.

How to log in to IKEA Family in-store and online: 
  • On the IKEA App: Log in to your IKEA Family account within the app for iOS or Android. This will give you access to your IKEA Family card for in-store use and automatically apply your benefits when you shop through the app.
  • On IKEA.com: Log in to your IKEA Family account before you start shopping or during payment. You can sign in using your email address and password and a one-time passcode.
  • In an IKEA store: When you visit an IKEA store, you can identify yourself as an IKEA Family member at the checkout or in the Customer Care area by using one of the following options:
    • Swipe your physical IKEA Family card (if you still have one)
    • Scan your digital membership card
    • Enter your membership details, such as phone number or email address.
Please note that we no longer issue new physical IKEA Family cards. If you lose your existing card, you may always use any of the options above.
