The global transport crisis has led to availability issues in our store.

The COVID-19 outbreak disrupted the global movement of supply and goods for many businesses, including IKEA Philippines. There is global shortage of shipping containers, congested seaports, capacity constraints on vessels, and even lockdown in certain markets, to name a few challenges. ​Even though we always had the majority of articles in stock, we are now very happy to share that our stock availability is improving even more day by day.

We encourage you to come back and visit where you can look for your favorites and check stock availability online. We share your frustration when the items you want are not readily available and we assure you we are doing everything we possibly can to continue to improve the situation.

Our Covid-19 safety guidelines and protocols:

  • Our focus is the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and service providers as we work together to stay safe and healthy based on frequently updated recommendations from the Philippine Government in adherence with IATF's Alert Level Systems for COVID-19 Response.
  • We’re encouraging all of our customers to practice social distancing and wear of face masks in-store.
  • We’re limiting the number of customers in our stores based on store size to ensure a safe visit for everyone, which may lead to a queuing process to enter. Learn more about our booking system.
  • We encourage customers to plan your visit, shop with purpose and use contactless payment options.
  • We also ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell.

Safety seal certification

IKEA Pasay store is compliant with the minimum public health standards set by the government. Contact tracing application contact tracing application is required upon entry to the store. We recommend to install app ahead of your visit. Here are the download links for iOS, Android & Huawei.

Social distancing

We’re keeping 1.0 m distance between customers & co-workers (with floor markings to assist), plus limiting customers per lift.

Thermal scanner

Temperature should not be above 37.5°C for entry to the store.

Dine-in at Swedish Restaurant

For dine-in, fully vaccinated adults 18 years old and above are allowed to enter the Swedish Restaurant. We require customers to present their vaccination cards upon entry.

Individuals below 18 years old that are unvaccinated, accompanied by fully vaccinated adults, are also welcome to enter the Swedish Restaurant.

Wearing of face mask

Wear of face mask is mandatory upon entry to the IKEA store.

Limiting number of visitors

Limited capacity in the IKEA store and IKEA Restaurant as part of the social distancing precautionary measure. Other measures as required by the authorities to be implemented as well.

Increased cleaning and sanitizing

We’ve increased our cleaning procedures, particularly in high traffic and touch areas, and provide hand sanitizer in-store.
