COVID-19 updates and safety measures

We're all in the same boat

The global transport crisis has led to availability issues in our store.

The COVID-19 outbreak disrupted the global movement of supply and goods for many businesses, including IKEA Philippines. There is global shortage of shipping containers, congested seaports, capacity constraints on vessels, and even lockdown in certain markets, to name a few challenges. Even though we always had the majority of articles in stock, we are now very happy to share that our stock availability is improving even more day by day.

We encourage you to come back and visit IKEA.ph where you can look for your favorites and check stock availability online. We share your frustration when the items you want are not readily available and we assure you we are doing everything we possibly can to continue to improve the situation.

As always, we thank you for your continued support and understanding during these extraordinary times.

Our Covid-19 safety guidelines and protocols:

  • Our focus is the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and service providers as we work together to stay safe and healthy based on frequently updated recommendations from the Philippine Government in adherence with IATF's Alert Level Systems for COVID-19 Response.
  • We’re encouraging all of our customers to practice social distancing and wear of face masks in-store.
  • We’re limiting the number of customers in our stores based on store size to ensure a safe visit for everyone, which may lead to a queuing process to enter. Learn more about our booking system.
  • We encourage customers to plan your visit, shop with purpose and use contactless payment options.
  • We also ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell.
