Most of our products are flat-packed and designed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we have a range of delivery options for you to choose from when shopping at IKEA.ph.

For online orders, we offer the following delivery options:
Parcel delivery starts at ₱90
- Order up to a maximum weight of 40 kg and a maximum length per item of 1.8 meters.
- Delivery will take place within 3 days from the date of order.

For truck deliveries, charges apply if there is no lift access or the items can’t fit in the lift at the delivery address. Kindly see the list of "No lift" charges below.
This service is applicable up to the 6th floor only. Please pay the fee directly to the service provider.

During major holiday seasons, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time on truck and parcel delivery orders due to high volume of orders.
A maximum of 21 days lead time applies for Cebu truck delivery orders.
Reminders:
- Please make sure that the shipping address and mobile number you provided are accurate as our transport provider will be contacting you on the day of the delivery.
- During the delivery of your orders, you may be asked to present at least one (1) valid ID for verification purposes
- For truck deliveries, please keep your lines open so they can call you on the day and time scheduled. In the event that they are unable to reach you, our delivery team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at your location (gate/entrance). If you are unable to receive your order within that timeframe, this will be considered a failed delivery attempt. We may redeliver for a fee equivalent to the initial delivery fee paid.
Please note that rescheduling deliveries are subject to schedule availability.

You will receive an SMS notification once your order is ready to be picked up at the collection point.
For IKEA Pasay City collection point only: Collect your orders within 3 days upon notification. Orders that are not collected within 3 days will be canceled and refunded.
For other collection points: Collect your orders within 5 days upon notification. Orders that are not collected within 5 days will incur an additional charge of ₱20 (exclusive of VAT) per additional day.
For Cebu collection point orders: A maximum of 21 days lead time applies.
