TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This promo period is from July 5 to July 31, 2026, only.
- This raffle is open to all IKEA Family members, newly joined or with existing membership.
- Members must make a single-receipt transaction within the promo period from July 5 to July 31, 2026, both online and in-store at IKEA Pasay City and IKEA Quezon City Plan and Order point. No minimum purchase required.
- Members MUST present their IKEA Family eCard on purchases made in-stores or enter their IKEA Family membership number upon checkout at IKEA.ph
- Members MUST submit their raffle entry via logging into https://family.ikea.com.ph/ and submitting the entry through our campaign page.
- Entries MUST be submitted via IKEA Family Raffle Registration – Fill out form. Membership data to be collected are name, e-mail address linked to the membership, 16-digit IKEA Family membership number and the Date of Purchase indicated on the receipt. The dates must only cover July 5 to 31.
- Only purchases until July 31, 2026,11:59PM are qualified, both online and in-store.
- IKEA Family membership details used in the transaction will be the bearer of the raffle entry. Mismatched membership details may be subject to disqualification.
- Deadline of raffle entry submission is until July 31, 2026,11:59PM only.
- A member can only win once (1) IKEA Gift Card per membership for the whole duration of the raffle draw period from July 5 to 31, 2026.
- The IKEA Gift Card as the prize is non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
- Employees of IKANO (PHILIPPINES), INC., its participating stores, promo partners and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the raffle.
- Winners will be raffled and posted via our official IKEA Philippines social media pages via Instagram and Facebook, as well as through our IKEA Family newsletter blast.
- Winners that will be drawn coming from outside Metro Manila may only claim the IKEA Gift Card at IKEA Pasay City.
- Raffle will be held via electronic draw at IKEA Philippines Service Office at IKEA Pasay City, Mall of Asia Complex, Marina Way, Pasay City, 1800 with the supervision of a DTI representative on August 3, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
- An IKEA Philippines representative will contact all winners via registered mail, email, and phone call. Only notifications that are done by IKEA Philippines directly are considered valid.
- In claiming the prizes, winners should submit a photocopy of two (2) valid IDs, preferably with a photo and signature, together with the receipt and registered notice at IKEA Pasay City, Marina Way, MOA Complex, Pasay City.
- Winners will be given sixty (60) days from receipt of registered notice to claim the prize. After the claiming period, the unclaimed prize will be forfeited in favor of IKEA Philippines upon prior approval of DTI.
- By participating in the event, customers must fully read and understand the terms and conditions of the campaign.
- The decision of IKEA Philippines with regard to the promo mechanics, winners, and prizes, upon the concurrence of DTI, is final.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
IKEA Philippines Marketing will contact the winners via registered e-mail linked to the IKEA Family membership. Upon notification, confirmation, or proof of the identification will be required. Winners will be notified through the official IKEA Family email address (IKEAFamilyPH). Participants must allow Ikano (Philippines) Inc. to use their name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and other details to validate the winning account. Redemption period should be within 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification. Prize may be forfeited, and drawn winners may be replaced only upon prior approval from DTI.
DISQUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS
Members who will not be able to present their IKEA Family eCard upon checkout and input their membership number upon checkout through ikea.ph from July 5 to 31, 2026 until 11:59 pm will be disqualified to join the raffle. All purchases must be linked to their membership account. Members can request to manually link their purchase and points to their IKEA Family account within the promotion period only. Employees of KANO (PHILIPPINES), INC., its participating stores, promo partners and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join the raffle.
