BillyNgHave been using Billy for many years. This is just addition. No problem with product. The turn-off point is cost of freight and IKEA needs to review the conduct of forwarder even paying such a high charge. Estimate shipping hours already big range and when it was delivered it was out of the range. My perception, we have to accommodate the shipper. Can't leave the house to buy things like food. So who is king, customer or seller? You figure out....4
