Click & collect

With IKEA Click and Collect, you have the power to choose. Order online when it's convenient for you, and select the time and place you want to pick up your items. You can choose to pick up your order from your local IKEA store or a collection point. We'll gather your items for you, so you can spend more time assembling and less time shopping.
And if you'd rather not make a trip, we also offer a delivery service.

Collect at the IKEA store

  • Free - For purchases of RM500 and above
  • RM23 - For purchases below RM500

How to pick-up at IKEA store

  1. Choose our “Click & Collect” service at the checkout page and select your preferred store for pick-up.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number and tax invoice.
  3. Please wait for the 2nd email to notify you that your order is ready for collection. You can pick up the order at the selected store between 10:00 am – 8:00 pm at the pick-up points.

*Please collect within 2 days after receiving the email notification. The order will be automatically cancelled and refunded if not collected after 2 days.

How to pick-up at IKEA collection point

  1. Choose our “Click & Collect” service at the checkout page and select your preferred collection point for pick-up.

*Upon receiving the collection notification, customers are required to collect their order(s) within 5 days.

New at IKEA Damansara!

Click & Collect at IKEA Damansara driveway

You can now collect your online purchases via the new Click & Collect collection point. Park at the designated Click & Collect driveway and collect your goods from the IKEA co-worker. ​

Steps:

  1. Shop online at IKEA.my. Select the Click & Collect Damansara option during checkout.​​​​
  2. Before arriving at the store, contact the IKEA Damansara Click & Collect team via the number provided to notify you of your arrival to collect your goods supported by the order number. (Format: S438XXXXXXX)
  3. Park your vehicle at Click & Collect driveway and collect your goods from the IKEA co-worker. 

Grab & Go at IKEA Damansara driveway

Enjoy your favourite IKEA Food without the need to look for parking. Order, Collect and Enjoy!​​

Steps:

  1. Click here and select IKEA Damansara as the pick-up point.​
  2. Place your order and select your desired collection time.
  3. Park at the Grab & Go driveway and proceed to collect your order from the Grab & Go collection window.​You also have an option to purchase additional IKEA Bistro favourites from the Grab & Go counter. Place your order today!​

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

  • Proceed to check out from your shopping cart, select "Collect from IKEA store". When your order is ready, you will receive the 2nd email to inform you that the order is ready for collection before travelling to the collection point. We keep the order for 2 days. The day that you receive the 2nd email is consider as day 1.

  • After you have done your online payment, you will receive a confirmation email on the details of your order. Please look out for the email, which would inform you that your items are ready for collection before going to the stipulated store. The regular pick up time is between 10am and 8pm, as mentioned in the email.

  • The store is open as below:

    • Damansara         10am – 10pm
    • Cheras                 10am – 10pm
    • Tebrau                 10am – 10pm
    • Batu Kawan        10am – 10pm
  • The collection point is open as below:

    • Kuantan                  10am – 7pm
    • Ipoh                         10am – 7pm
    • Melaka                     10am – 7pm
    • Kuching                    9am – 5pm
    • Miri                            9am – 5pm
    • Kota Kinabalu          9am – 5pm
  • The confirmation email will state the collection location for your goods.

    a) Head to the following locations:

    • Damansara: Merchandise pick-up counter (counter 6), Exchange & Returns area at Level G.
    • Cheras: Click & Collect collection point counter at Level B1.
    • Tebrau: Merchandise pick-up counter, Exchange & Returns area at Level 1.
    • Batu Kawan: Merchandise pick-up counter (counter 7), Exchange & Returns area at Level 1.

    b) Quote us your order number to our staff at the counter upon your arrival, the items will be handed over to you. (For IKEA Damansara, select your queue on Qmatic and wait for your turn, the items will be handed over to you soon.)
    c) Bring your items home and enjoy!

  • Yes, please ensure that upon collection you/ or your proxy will be required to produce the collection notice and web invoice at the designated collection location.

  • No amendment nor cancellations can be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed. Please call us at 03 7952 7575 for any further assistance.

  • We will hold your goods for 2 days (Day 1 being the day that the collection notice is sent out), after which the order will be cancelled and only the value of the purchase will be refunded to you. The Click and Collect service fee will not be returned for all uncollected goods.

  • You can shop online and collect your order in-store for free when you spend RM500 and above. For purchases below RM500, there will be a fee of RM23 per collection order.

  • If one or more of your ordered items become unavailable, we will give you a call before your selected pick-up timeframe. You may choose to be refunded the amount of the unavailable item(s), and still pick up the rest of your order. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel your entire order for a full refund.

  • Please collect your order within two (2) days after receiving the email notification. The order will be automatically cancelled and refunded if not collected after two (2) days. Click here to know more.
