For Peninsular Malaysia, delivery typically takes place within 2-5 days from the date of order.

More delivery details:

• Our Delivery services are available for West Malaysia, Penang and main island Langkawi. The smaller islands neighboring Langkawi are excluded for truck delivery.
• All other islands and PO Box addresses we are unable to provide Truck & Parcel delivery.
• Our Truck delivery fee will be calculated upon your postcode and our delivery zones. See all delivery zones and fees per location.

*Please note for truck delivery, an additional flat rate of RM 98 will apply if there is no lift access/items can’t fit in the lift at the delivery address which is located in a building from 3rd floor onwards.

This service is applicable up to the 5th floor only. Please pay the fee directly to the service provider. 

In addition, kindly note that delivery is to one address of private residence or office. It is meant for a single location/one room. Additional charges apply for delivery to a building with multiple rooms even though it is for one single address.

Please also note that during major holiday seasons*, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time on truck & parcel delivery orders due to high peak of orders.

For East Malaysia, there is a lead time of approximately 3-4 weeks before order is delivered.

The Click & Collect includes shipment to East Malaysia, you can pick up your purchase from the nearest Click & Collect point:

An easier and more affordable way to shop

To make it easier and more convenient to get the home you dream of, now you can shop online and collect your order in-store for free when you spend RM500 and above. For purchases below RM500, there will be a fee of RM23 per collection order.

Step 1: Choose our “Click & Collect” service at the checkout page and select your preferred store for pick-up.
Step 2: You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number and tax invoice.
Step 3: Please wait for the 2nd email to notify you that your order is ready for collection. You can pick up the order at the selected store between 10:00am – 8:00pm at the pick-up points.

Please collect within 2 days after receiving the email notification. The order will be automatically canceled and refunded if not collected after 2 days.

Pick-up Points:

Damansara: Merchandise pick-up counter (Counter 5), Exchange & Returns area at Level G.
Cheras: Click & Collect collection point counter at Level B1.
Tebrau: Merchandise pick-up counter, Exchange & Returns area at Level 1.
Batu Kawan: Merchandise pick-up counter (Counter 7), Exchange & Returns area at Level 1.

New at IKEA Damansara!

You can now collect your online purchases via the new Click & Collect collection point. Just park at the designated Click & Collect driveway and collect your goods from the IKEA co-worker. ​

Steps

• ​Step 1 : Shop online at IKEA.my. Select Click & Collect Damansara option during check out.​​​​
• Step 2 : Before arriving at the store, contact IKEA Damansara Click & Collect team via the number provided to notify of your arrival to collect your goods supported by the order number. (Format: S438XXXXXXX)
• ​​​Step 3:  Park your vehicle at Click & Collect driveway and collect your goods from the IKEA co-worker.
