Delivery service

Most of our products are flat-packed and designed to fit easily in your car. But if you would prefer to have your purchase delivered, we have a range of delivery options to suit you. During online checkout, you will see all available delivery options, estimated delivery times and exact prices. Then you can choose what works best for you. Prices apply across West and East Malaysia.

Delivery options & pricing

We have two dedicated delivery methods depending on the size and weight of your order. Prices apply across West and East Malaysia. Delivery fee is subject to 6% SST, the final amount will be shown at checkout when you select your delivery method.

Parcel delivery

Affordable delivery straight to your doorstep.

  • Delivery to metropolitan areas takes 3 to 5 working days.
  • For non-metropolitan areas, allow up to 6 working days.
  • Orders are limited to a maximum weight of 40kg, a volume of 84 litres and a maximum item length of 1.8 metres.

Truck Delivery

For larger purchases that need a little more care getting home.

  • For Peninsular Malaysia, delivery takes 2 to 5 days from the date of order.
  • For deliveries within Kuching, allow up to 10 days. For areas outside Kuching including Sibu, Miri, Bintulu and Kota Kinabalu, allow up to 2 weeks.
  • Truck and parcel delivery is not available for other islands and PO Box addresses.
  • The price shown covers the first 150 items. Every additional 150 items will be charged at RM255.

Shopping at your nearest IKEA store

When you visit us in-store, you can choose from our picking and delivery service or delivery only. We do not just stop at your front door, we deliver all the way to your room of choice. Speak with an IKEA co-worker at the information counter or visit our delivery counter in-store to book the service.

Picking and delivery

We offer a combined in-store picking and delivery service. Simply place your order with one of our co-workers in-store and we will take care of the rest.
