Delivery service

1. Delivery services availability:
   We offer delivery services in West Malaysia, Penang, and the main island of Langkawi
   ^{Please note that the smaller islands near Langkawi are not eligible for truck delivery.}
2. Excluded locations:
   We do not offer truck and parcel delivery to other islands or PO Box addresses.
3. Delivery fees:
   a. The fee for truck delivery will be determined based on your postcode and our delivery zones. Find out more details here.
   b. All prices shown are excluding 6% SST.
4. Truck delivery additional charges:
   If your delivery address is in a building from the 3rd to the 5th floor and there's no lift access or items can't fit in the lift, there will be an additional flat rate of RM 98. Please pay this fee directly to the service provider.
5. Delivery to a single location:
   a. Our delivery service is meant for a single location, whether it's a private residence or office. It covers one room or area.
   b. Additional charges apply if you're delivering to a building with multiple rooms, even if it's one single address.
6. Holiday season processing time:
   During major holiday seasons such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Puasa, Deepavali, Christmas, etc., please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing time on truck and parcel delivery orders due to a high volume of orders.
7. Extended delivery lead time for East Malaysia
   Due to the current port congestion, there may be an additional delivery lead time of 1-2 weeks.

The charges differ due to the picking service. For online orders, the picking service is included in the delivery fee, whereas for in-store purchases, customers may have the option to pick the items themselves and bring the paid items to our Home Delivery Counter to request delivery or assembly service.

We offer delivery services seven (7) days a week, although availability may vary depending on your location, the time of your order, and the chosen delivery option. If you anticipate potential difficulties with access to your property on weekdays after certain hours or during weekends and public holidays, we recommend avoiding the mentioned time slots.

We’re sorry that your delivery is running behind schedule. The first step you should take is to review the delivery notifications you received via SMS from one of our delivery partners. You can contact them to inquire about your estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Drivers can wait for up to 15-20 minutes. If this time is exceeded, the driver will fail the job and any attempt at re-delivery will be subject to a re-attendance fee.

Due to the current port congestion, there may be an additional delivery lead time of 1-2 weeks.

In the event there is unavailability of lift facilities or items can’t fit in the lift and delivery has to be done using the staircase for a delivery address located within a building from the 3rd storey, there will be an additional flat rate of RM98. This service is only applicable up to the 5th storey and the service fee shall be paid directly to our service provider.
