The reviews have been copied on this product which brings the average down - Ikea have responded to all of them offering a refund. Just don't be thick when setting it up and its great (IKEA assuming you wont submit this but CMON. Value for money is ridic

I wasn't mishandling it. The piece is just poorly made and not soldered well. I could go and return it, but it'd be just another trip to IKEA.
