The colour description is inaccurate though as it's not turquoise (blue-green) but an elegant blue-grey, which matches well with the blue stain coloured Hemnes furniture.
Bolts not fit for purpose Anonymous reviewerAs with many reviews the adjusting bolts have sheared off now making the lamp unusable unless I fit some nasty looking aftermarket bolts which I will have to purchase.
Bolt sheared after a yearAnonymous reviewerOrdered online and so unseen. When I received it I thought two things: 1. It has a sturdier base than I expected which is good and 2. the bolts are going to shear off. And one of them just did. You have to turn them so tight to keep the lamp in position it is absurd and then the other night it just went 'ping' (I was not adjusting it at the time) and the lamp flopped in half as the bolt end shot across the floor. Buy cheap, buy twice. I do not recommend this product.
Faulty boltsAnonymous reviewerLike a lot of others I have found the main bolts shear off with even minimal adjustment. Such a shame as we bought two of these lamps and really like them. And they have both become faulty.
