IKEA London - Plan and order point

A. The IKEA Plan and order points offers a personalized service designed to make your home furnishing dreams a reality. At a Plan and order point, our planning experts are there to help you navigate complex home projects like kitchen design, bedroom projects, small space living solutions, and more. Simply schedule an appointment, plan and order your solutions with the help of an IKEA specialist, and then have the products shipped directly to your home or nearby pick-up location. There are no IKEA products or food available for immediate takeaway at the Plan and order points. Returns and exchanges are not available at the Plan and order points. Spare parts are not available at Plan and order points. Customers can order spare parts online here.

A. IKEA’s Pick-up locations do not have the ability to process returns or arrange exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you can visit your nearest IKEA store or contact us by chat or phone at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532) to explore possible options.

A. IKEA Plan and order point will offer a personalized service where you can meet one-on-one with an IKEA specialist to plan and order complex home furnishing solutions for any room in the home, including kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. Appointments are encouraged in advance and can be booked at IKEA.ca/planning.

A. Orders are not picked up at the IKEA London Plan and order point. Orders can be placed for delivery to your home or to a more affordable Pick-up location. The London Pick-up location is operated by a third-party operator called Metro Supply Chain. They are located at 1095 Wilton Grove Rd, London, ON N6N 1C9.

Collecting your purchase:

Before visiting your local Pick-up location, be sure to bring valid ID and your order confirmation email. Once you arrive at the Pick-up location, a representative will help you retrieve your order. After that, you're on your way home to enjoy your purchase.

Steps for picking up your order:

1. Pull up to the gate on the right side of the building.
2. Press the buzzer to let them know you are there for an IKEA pickup.
3. Wait for them to open the gate.
4. Drive through the gate; the warehouse doors are immediately past the gate.
5. Note that the building is owned by a third-party location (Metro Supply Chain), so you will not see an IKEA sign.
6. Ensure you wait until your scheduled pickup date to collect your order. (If your pickup is scheduled for Tuesday, do not come on Sunday or Monday as the building is closed on these days, even if you receive a pickup email notification on Sunday.)
