 A. The IKEA Plan and order points offer a personalized service designed to make your home furnishing dreams a reality. At a Plan and order point, our planning experts are there to help you navigate complex home projects like kitchen design, bedroom projects, small space living solutions, and more. Simply schedule an appointment, plan and order your solutions with the help of an IKEA specialist, then have the products shipped directly to your home or a pick-up location close to you. 

Only some Plan and order points have a small selection of everyday IKEA products (excluding food items). Returns and exchanges are offered at selected locations. Spare parts are not available at Plan and order points but can be ordered online here.

A. IKEA Gift Card, debit and credit cards. Sorry, we do not accept cash at this location.

A: Absolutely! If your order is under 150 kg, you’re welcome to pick it up at the Abbotsford Plan & Order Point. We’ve got a dedicated area at the location to make your pickup quick and easy.

A. IKEA Plan and order point will offer a personalized service where you can meet one-on-one with an IKEA specialist to plan and order complex home furnishing solutions for any room in the home, including kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. Appointments are encouraged in advance and can be booked at IKEA.ca/planning.

A. For your convenience we accept returns for products under 150kg. If you have an exchange or return above 150kg please contact us. Register your return ahead of time here to make your experience snappier! Returns are subject to our return policy and do not guarantee acceptance.
