Cheap and attracts bugsLidiahThe particle board or whatever this is made of attracts silverfish. Something that never happened with the wood beds I have in my apartment.
The flimsy material was also very creaky and the whole thing swayed so much with even the slightest movement, it felt like it could collapse. I ended up throwing this daybed frame out last week, when I last (it happened repeatedly) time I found silverfish babies in my bed and when I took it apart before removing it from my home, like ten silverfish of various ages dropped out. So if you live have silverfish in your home, I wouldn’t recommend this bed. This bed would also cut into my legs when getting up from it.
I’m so glad it’s out of my life.
