Perfect solution for a windowed door!LauraI actually installed this HOPPVALS blind on a glass panel door, and it works wonderfully! It provides great privacy while still letting a soft, natural light filter through. Easy to pull up and down, cordless (which makes it very safe), and looks clean and minimalist. Great value for the price!
I just don't understand the color choiceMayraI absolutely LOVE IKEA blinds and have been buying them for years. As an architect, I really appreciate products that combine functionality, clean design, and affordability — and IKEA blinds have always done that so well. But PLEASE bring back more color options. The all-white choices get dirty so easily and just don’t have the same cozy, sophisticated look. I especially miss the charcoal grey blinds — they were absolutely STUNNING and gave spaces such a modern, elegant feel. The darker tones added depth, warmth, and personality that the current colors just don’t have. Please bring back the charcoal grey!!!

Quality has declinedSophieThese used to be great. The older ones have held up well. However, one broke, and it's replacement broke again after about 6 months.
inexpensiveBenhave used these blinds in my living room windows for over 5 years and am having to start replacing them one by one due to prolonged exposure to sun weakening the glued seams. So they work great and are inexpensive but for a limited time in my experience

Disappointed by the product and the customer serviceCélineWe bought three blinds three years ago. Two still work very well, but the third one broke in September (the opening and closing mechanism). We immediately bought another one, but its mechanism broke after barely a month and a half... We use all three blinds in the same way.
We were very disappointed, given the already high price. I then contacted customer service, which was very disappointing, with no intention of helping or compensating for a defect that is absolutely not normal after a month and a half. We are very disappointed with the lack of quality of this year's product and the lack of customer service.

6 out of 9 blinds have brokenMichaelEvery few months one of these break. We bought 9 blinds and 6 are broken. We have different sizes and both sizes are broken. Looking at the broken mechanism, I see there is a thin plastic hook that breaks. This little hook holds a spring - it breaks, then the blind falls to the floor with a bang and the spring pops out on the floor. Hoppvals is not a good product. Cheep parts and not properly tested product that uses a thin plastic I-hook to hold up the blind mechanism.
Low qualityGaThe product's quality is extremely low. The wires inside the blinds breaks in 5 months after purchase. We don't even touch it more 2 times a day. The design of this product is poor; zero protection on the wires and they wear out in several months. If you want to purchase a decent product for at least last for 1 year, don't buy this thing. Very disappointed.
Disappointing Finish for the PriceRajithThese blinds are easy to install, but the finishing of the blinds looks like paper. They feel very similar to the SCHOTTIS blinds, which are much cheaper so the HOPPVALS don’t really seem worth the higher price. Also, when you fully close the blinds, the small pleats are not very visible, whereas the SCHOTTIS blinds show more detail in that case.
