Instructions incomplete! Requires app?NevilleI just received my bulbs and controller and they don't work, something is missing. I am shocked by the lack of full disclosure on what is required in order to use the products I just purchased. No warning about privacy violations. Instructions for the controllers are incomplete and useless. There is not explanation that you will need to download apps and how your privacy will be impacted. Furthermore, no product support online. No links. It appears the comments have been stripped of helpful "how to information". I hate Alexis and I am doing my best to protect my privacy rights. I have already wasted 30 mins trying to find an online solutions.1
Not worth itJonathanOnly two out of the three remotes joined successfully. The click wheel isn’t properly supported in HomeKit or Matter. Good idea, not ready for mainstream yet. 1
