Severe Lower back pain after 8 monthsJaneRecently I went on a trip and before left had a severe pain at my lower back. It took me to switch a mattress to heal in a few days and after I came back on the same mattress the pain came back.
This is a flawed product the impact can be felt after longer than 90 days . Ikea should take the responsibility and recall this and provide longer exchange period for this product. I am truly disappointed by the trust I put in to ikea product . Firm means firm , nothing else.

Very comfy and the perfect sizeStephieWe purchased this to go on top of a boxspring and it was the best height for that purpose. It was easy to transport and use right away. There was no odour. It is very comfortable and we haven't had any issues with the quality. A good night sleep every night.
Ikea offers no way to repond to their automated responsesMehdiI previously reviewed this mattress and their responses, a generic and overused one, claims that their love it or exchange it program of 90 days allows the customer to return the mattress if they don't like it. This basically means that they have built this product to perform optimally for 90 days. The 10 year warranty is useless, you have to deal with unresponsive, careless telephone agents that deny your claim without hesitation, I truly regret buying a mattress at IKEA!!

Not Firm as Advertised – Caused Physical PainMehdiI purchased this mattress because it was advertised as firm, but within a few months of sleeping on it, I developed significant pain in my sides. After seeing my doctor, I was told it was muscular pain likely caused by my mattress. Since switching back to my old mattress, my pain has completely disappeared.
I reached out to IKEA for support and followed every instruction—sent pictures, waited 48 hours, and followed up multiple times. The warranty claim was denied, even though there is a visible indentation. I was promised calls from their support team that never came, and was met with conflicting information when I followed up by phone and chat. No one took ownership of the issue.
This mattress has not only caused me physical discomfort, but also weeks of frustrating customer service interactions. I expected better quality and accountability from IKEA. I cannot recommend this product and would strongly caution anyone looking for a truly firm and supportive mattress.

If you are looking for a firm mattress, just do not buy this one. We bought a very firm mattress from Ikea before, but sadly that line of product is no longer available.
Disappointed – Not Firm as AdvertisedRajatI purchased this mattress expecting firm support, but it turned out to be way too soft. Within a few nights, I started experiencing back pain, which has only gotten worse over time. It doesn’t provide the support it claims, and I wake up feeling sore and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price. If you need a firm mattress for proper back support, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Inaccurate Description LisaOrdered this mattress online, the description states 16cm thickness. After open the package it is only 11.50cm thickness, very disappointed. Need to pay shipping fee one more time to return? that is unfair.

I like the ikea foam mattress they can be moved home in an average size car or suv and light enough you can just carry it home by yourself no friends needed no can I borrow your truck!like my last mattress I simply opened the roll and let it expand was fully fluffed up in a couple of days!
