Better than expectedJenniferI ordered this mattress to add height to my Malm bed. We have an 8" foam mattress in the bed frame, which was becoming to low for me due to back issues. So I ordered the Asbygda 6.25" mattress to give the bed a little extra height. The first night was the best sleep I've had in a long time, despite being told the mattress can take up to 72 hours to fully expand and to expect some off-gassing. The expansion is sitting at 6" after less than 24 hours, and the smell is almost nonexistent. I am pleased with the product.

Severe Back pain ManvirWe spent around $500 on this mattress which is way above any average mattress. It’s been sinking in the middle where our lower back land and causing severe back pain. Me and my partner we both are suffering from back pain. One of the worst mattress we ever purchased. This product is just junk. Don’t buy this ever!!

Returned this mattressCarenThe quality was not that great to be honest. I can tell when I try to put on the bed sheets and the mattress just kind of folds and doesn't stand up on it's own. Bought the same style mattress from Ikea around 5 years ago, also foam + firm and that one stands up great with no issue. But it has discontinued. I ended up returning this and bought a pricier mattress that's name brand and it will last for a long time for sure.
it contours to your body shapeAbbythis is on the firmer side. it lessen my back pain. I tried switching side with my husband and I felt that the foam contoured to his body shape and made it uncomfortable for me. So you must decide first and commit which side you want in the long run. Also, I just recently experimented putting mattress topper and will see if the problem about switching side will be resolved.
Severe Lower back pain after 8 monthsJaneRecently I went on a trip and before left had a severe pain at my lower back. It took me to switch a mattress to heal in a few days and after I came back on the same mattress the pain came back.
This is a flawed product the impact can be felt after longer than 90 days . Ikea should take the responsibility and recall this and provide longer exchange period for this product. I am truly disappointed by the trust I put in to ikea product . Firm means firm , nothing else.
