Slats fall throughAshleyWe bought this last August and the slats keep dropping off the frame and you fall through. We finally resorted to duct taping every slat to the frame to make it work. It lasts temporarily!

It will break! Do not buy.JillThere is a flaw in the design of the slats and metal frame. It seems as though the slats aren’t wide enough and so they can easily slide off of the frame. This can happen as you gently slide on to the bed, and as you sit down, bam, the slats slide off, separate from the cheap staple-ribbon connection holding them together, and you find yourself falling through. The second time this happened to me, the metal cross-pieces bent, so I decided to return it. For the price, I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but I barely got 2 months of use out of it.
Don't Buy!KellyBought this bed for my daughter & within a week it broke. The screws for the metal frame that hold the rails pulled out of the back panel.
