How do I use my gift or refund card online?
To use a gift or refund card as a payment option for your online order, select the "Redeem a gift card" option in the checkout.
To use an IKEA gift or refund card when making a purchase on IKEA.com, just follow these steps:
- Enter the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart on IKEA.com.
- Select your desired delivery method and enter your personal details.
- During payment, choose "Redeem a gift card".
- Check the back of your card and enter the PIN code (found behind the scratch section) or the redemption code to complete the payment.
The balance on your card will update automatically about 4 hours after payment. You can also use your gift or refund card at check-out when making a purchase in-store! Read more about IKEA gift cards.
