What is IKEA's return policy for a custom countertop?
If you wish to cancel your order of a custom-made countertop, it is best to do so before fabrication begins to avoid any non-refundable fees.
If you choose to cancel the service before the fabrication of your custom countertop, your refund will exclude the measuring service fee.
Once fabrication begins, IKEA can unfortunately not assist with any questions regarding refunds, as the countertop has been bought directly from the manufacturer.
