How can I find a receipt or view my purchase history?

If you scanned your IKEA Family card at the store, you can find a digital copy of your receipt in your IKEA account. If not, one of our agents can likely send you a copy.

To log into your IKEA account, please click here. Once you're logged in, select "Purchases" to view all your transactions. From there, choose the desired purchase and click "View Invoice" or "Download Receipt" — this will automatically download your receipt.
For current or ongoing online orders, visit the "Track & manage my order" page. You can look up your order by entering your order number along with your email address or phone number to view the details.
