How do I find a receipt or view my purchase history?

If you scanned your IKEA Family card in-store, you can find a digital copy of your receipt in your IKEA Account. If not, one of our agents will likely be able to send you a copy.

To log in to your IKEA account, please click here. Once logged in, select "Purchases" to see all your transactions. Then, choose the desired purchase and click on "View Invoice" or "Download a receipt" — This will automatically download your receipt.
For current online orders, go to the « Track and manage my orders ». You can view your order by entering your order number and your email address or phone number to see the details.
