How do I find a receipt or view my purchase history?
If you are an IKEA Family member or an IKEA Business Network customer, you can find your receipts and invoices online by logging into your account and navigating your Purchase History. Invoices are also attached to your order confirmation email.
Retrieving your receipts
- Order Confirmation email: For online orders, your invoice is typically attached to your order confirmation email. Please check your inbox after placing an order.
- Purchase History (for registered customers): If you were logged into your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network customer account during an online or in-store purchase, you can find your invoice in your purchase history on IKEA.ca.
