How can I find a receipt or view my purchase history?
If you scanned your IKEA Family card at the store, you can find a digital copy of your receipt in your IKEA account. If not, one of our agents can likely send you a copy.
To log into your IKEA account, please click here. Once logged in, click on "See your digital receipts and past purchases."
Current and ongoing online orders can be viewed by visiting the "Track my order" page and manually entering your order number with the email/telephone number to see the specific order details.
If you're unable to locate a receipt or invoice, we can likely find it for you. Please chat with us, or give us a call at 1-866-866-IKEA (4532) and one of our agents will be glad to help you!
