I have a chest of drawers that is part of the recall list, what do I do?

Chests of drawers that were manufactured between January 2002 and June 2016 are eligible for a store credit.

If you have a chest of drawers that was purchased between January 2002 and June 2016, please bring the item (assembled or not, receipt is not required for store credit) to your local IKEA store for a store credit OR you can continue to use it safely by fixing it with an "Anchoring Kit" to the wall. A free wall anchoring kit can be ordered by contacting our After Sales Team. A list of the IKEA chests of drawers that are not compliant with ASTM standard and eligible for a store credit can be found here.

Please note the refund will be store credit and refund to original method of payment ONLY upon providing proof of purchase.
