Does IKEA comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Law?

IKEA adheres to the laws of all the countries where we conduct business. As such, IKEA Canada works diligently to ensure that it meets all the requirements of Canada's Anti-Spam Law (CASL).

Please know that under no circumstances will IKEA ask for banking information by email or text message. If you receive this type of request, it is a phishing attempt trying to obtain your personal banking information. Please be vigilant.
If you receive an email claiming to be from IKEA asking for your personal or banking information:
  • Do not panic and do not click any links or download any attachments in the email.
  • Delete the email immediately to prevent yourself from accidentally opening it again.
  • Do not reply to the sender or provide any personal or financial information.
  • Report the email to your email provider or the authorities.
