Please know that under no circumstances will IKEA ask for banking information by email or text message. If you receive this type of request, it is a phishing attempt trying to obtain your personal banking information. Please be vigilant.
If you receive an email claiming to be from IKEA asking for your personal or banking information:
- Do not panic and do not click any links or download any attachments in the email.
- Delete the email immediately to prevent yourself from accidentally opening it again.
- Do not reply to the sender or provide any personal or financial information.
- Report the email to your email provider or the authorities.
