How do I collect points with IKEA Family?
Collect IKEA Family points when you shop online, in the IKEA app, in an IKEA store, or by phone through remote sales. You can also earn points by using eligible IKEA tools and services. To make sure your points are added, scan your IKEA Family card in store or sign in to your IKEA Family account online or in the app.

- Log in to the IKEA website or app: Earn 1 point once per week.
- Create and save a favourites list: Earn 2 points once per week.
- Create a gift registry: Earn 2 points once per month.
- Share your gift registry: Earn 2 points once per month.
- Book and attend a planning appointment: Earn 20 points once per month.
- Create and save a kitchen plan using the online planning tool: Earn 25 points once per month.
- Gift card purchases
- Purchases made as an IKEA Business Network member
