How do I collect points with IKEA Family?

You can collect points online, through the app, in-store, or even by phone when you make a purchase or interact with IKEA tools and services. For this make sure to always scan your IKEA Family card or log in online.

1. When making a purchase:
You will collect one point for every CAD $5.00 spent except for gift card purchases and purchases made as an IKEA Business Network member.

2. When interacting with IKEA tools and services:
You can also collect points weekly or monthly by interacting with IKEA in any of the following ways:

  • Login to the IKEA website and app (1 point weekly);
  • Create and save a favourites list (2 points weekly);
  • Create a gift registry (2 points monthly);
  • Share your gift registry (2 points monthly);
  • Book and attend a planning appointment (20 points monthly); and
  • Create and save a kitchen plan in the online planning tool (25 points monthly).
