I do not have an elevator in my condo/apartment building, can you still deliver to my door?

To ensure that your delivery is successful, you must provide a safe, clear, and adequate space for your products to be delivered by the TSP. If your delivery is going to a higher floor than ground level (i.e. an apartment), sufficient access via stairs or an elevator is required. Deliveries are limited to three flights of stairs unless an elevator is available. While most IKEA products can be delivered, some fragile, oversized, or seasonal items may have restrictions.

This delivery option is best when you’re delivering larger orders that require professional handling and placement or if you prefer not to handle heavy or bulky items yourself. A delivery driver will bring your order into your home and place it in one room of your choice.

Depending on the situation, there are several options available to you.

For the safety of your items, orders unfortunately cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. You can choose to have the order delivered to a pick-up location if delivery to your home is not an option.

This delivery option is best if you prefer the flexibility of not committing to an in-home service, as these orders are delivered to the front door of your home or building/foyer if you live in apartment. 'Authority to Leave' is automatically applied to your order, meaning the delivery driver will leave your order in a safe and secure location if you’re not at home.
