What if I don't get a response back after sending photos to the Sell-Back program?
It is important to verify the process of your request on the application itself, there will be no e-mail notification sent to you.
While we strive to review all applications to the Sell-back program within 5 business days, however on occasions such as peak periods or events we may experience delays.
If after 7 business days you still do not have a response to your application when you log in to your account online, please contact our Aftersales department via chat or phone to help resolve the issue.
