What if I don't get a response back after sending photos to the Sell-Back program?

It is important to verify the process of your request on the application itself, there will be no e-mail notification sent to you.

You will not be able to bring the product(s) into an IKEA store without it being approved through the Sell-Back request form. If your application status remains the same after 7 business days, please give us a call or chat with us!
