What is IKEA's Shop & Scan?
Shop & Scan is an innovative new tool that will allow customers to scan their items as they shop using the app on your smartphone.
Once customers have completed their shopping journey, they will be able to scan a QR code generated in the app at special Shop & scan checkouts, allowing them to pay for all their items without needing to unbag or re-scan items. This exciting new feature will cut checkout times for customers and shorten line-ups at the cash lane, leading to a better customer experience at IKEA.
