I have received a damaged product in my delivery. What should I do?
We have carefully prepared and delivered your order for you. However, it can sometimes happen that something is damaged, we are sorry! Of course we will solve this for you so that you can quickly enjoy your IKEA purchase.
You can always take the damaged item to the customer service in an IKEA store. Bring the proof of purchase and our colleagues will be happy to help you. If the item is too large, you may only bring the damaged part with you.
