Why delivery costs?
At IKEA, we believe in transparent pricing. Whether you shop online or in store, you always benefit from the same affordable prices. Delivery costs are therefore not included in product prices – you only pay for the services you actually use.

Delivery: options and pricing
We offer several delivery options so you can choose what fits your needs and budget. Delivery depends on the size of your order, product availability, your delivery address and overall demand for the service. When you shop online or arrange delivery in store, each option clearly shows an estimated delivery time and the exact price, so you can make the choice that suits you best.
- Minimum order amount: Delivery service is available for orders from €19.99 (after all discounts and taxes applied).
- Not available for delivery: To ensure quality, potted plants, food and drinks are sold in store only. Some seasonal items and special collections may also be excluded.

Parcel delivery to a Pick-Up Point
Ideal for smaller orders of decorative items or accessories. Perfect if you prefer to collect your order close to home, at a time that suits you.

- Up to 5kg: 3,99€
- Above 5kg: 5,99€
- Where: More than 4200 Pick-Up Points and Parcel lockers of our external partner.
- Estimated delivery time: 4-5 days after purchase (except Sundays).

Parcel delivery
Ideal for smaller orders of decorative items or accessories, delivered directly to your door.

- Estimated delivery time: 3 working days – select your preferred delivery date during checkout

Delivery to front door of your house or building from 39,90€
We collect all your articles and our transport partner delivers them to the front door of your chosen address. Ideal if you need home delivery at the best possible price.
Our delivery prices are based on the total weight of your order and the weight of individual packages, ensuring fair pricing for everyone.

- Up to 50kg (max 26kg per individual package): 39.90€
- Up to 100kg (max 26kg per individual package): 54.90€
- Up to 200kg (no limit per individual package): 64,90€
- Every additional 200kg: +25,00€
- Orders above 1000kg: fixed price of 190,00€

Delivery Tracking: The evening before delivery, you will receive a 2hour time slot and a track & trace link. - Signature: mandatory during delivery. Please be present to receive your order.
- Parking Requirements: Please ensure at least 15m parking space (approx. the length of 3 cars) directly in front of your home.
- Delivery Distance from Vehicle: Our transport partner can deliver your order within 15m between the vehicle and your house.
- Stairs: Delivery includes carrying your order up to 6 steps from street level to the front door of your house. If there are more than 6 steps, the order will be delivered at the base of the stairs.
- Availability: Belgium and Luxembourg. This option will be displayed automatically during the check-out process.
Delivery to a room of your choice from 110,00€
We collect articles of any size and deliver them directly into one specific room of your choice on the ground or upper floor. Ideal if you want everything taken care of, from store to room.
Our delivery prices are based on the total weight of your order and the weight of individual packages, ensuring fair pricing for everyone.
Online orders
For online purchases, we deliver on ground floor. If you need a delivery on the upper floor, please place your order through a sales co-worker by phone (+32 2 719 19 19) or sales co-worker in one of our stores.

Express delivery from 40,00€
You pick your items off the shelves, and our partner delivers them in front of your home the same or next day. A fast and flexible option when timing matters.
- Price from 40,00€, please consult the store-specific price list. The exact price is calculated based on the distance between the store and your home, as well as the total weight of your order (calculated per 500 kg).
- Max weight: 500kg per delivery
- Availability: Service is available in most of the stores, not available in IKEA Hasselt and IKEA Liege.
- Payment: You pay for the transport service directly at the store exit.
- Delivery time: same day or next day.
- Delivery area: Deliveries are only possible within a limited delivery area.
- Delivery Tracking: once your delivery is scheduled, you will receive a 2-hour delivery window and a tracing link.
- Loading & Unloading: Depending on the store, you may either leave your shopping with the partner, or you may be required to load it into the van yourself and unload it at your destination.
Rent a van
Transport your IKEA purchases easily and on your own schedule.
Do you need a larger vehicle to bring your IKEA items home? At selected IKEA stores, vans from our partner are available directly on the store parking lot. Using the app, you can rent, unlock and return your van completely digitally – fast, easy, and 24/7 at certain locations.
- Price: may vary depending on vehicle type and rental duration.
- Availability: vans can be rented at IKEA Wilrijk, IKEA Gent, IKEA Hasselt, IKEA Mons, IKEA Liège, and IKEA Arlon.

With IKEA removal service, we'll take care of the old when we deliver the new. That's no stress, heavy lifting or problem solving for you. And you can trust us to recycle, reuse or retire your old things in whatever eco-friendly ways are available.
How does the IKEA delivery service work?
- Shop online or in-store. Go for your dreams and don’t worry about transport. We’ll take care of the delivery.
- When shopping online, add your products to the cart, select the country of delivery (Belgium or Luxembourg) and enter your postcode.
- The system will display the available delivery options, term and price.
- Pay securely online. As soon as we receive your payment, we will keep you updated by mail.
- Be present to receive your delivery by truck. A digital signature is required upon delivery.
- After delivery, check the number and condition of the packages. If you notice any damage, please contact us.
Good-to-know basics
- Ensure parking space for truck:
For truck deliveries, you should always ensure parking space of at least 15m in length (equivalent of 3 cars) in front of your home. If your order is delivered with an external elevator, a space of 25 m (equivalent of 5 cars) is required. If needed, do not forget to request a temporary parking ban from your local authorities. - For truck deliveries, please share during the ordering process any relevant details such as the parking conditions, accessibility issues or weight restrictions.
- Make sure that doors, hallways, staircases and elevators in your house or building are wide enough to accommodate all packages. You can find package dimensions on individual product pages.
- If you expect a delivery to a room of your choice, please ensure the path to that room is clear.
- You can combine the IKEA delivery service with the furniture assembly service for added convenience.
