Why are there some delivery conditions?

- Minimum order value - We have a minimum spend for parcel deliveries to make our service efficient and sustainable. The same applies to truck deliveries—€20 is the current threshold.
This helps us to use resources wisely and avoid unnecessary packaging and transport routes. - Set quantities for certain items - Some products can only be delivered in specific amounts. This helps us pack them securely and send them safely.
- Fragile items need special care - Extra delicate things like glassware or ceramics aren’t available for parcel delivery. We want to make sure they reach you in perfect condition.

- Click & Collect at your local store - Order online and pick up in person. It’s fast, easy, and budget-friendly.
