How do I cancel my order?
If you’ve ordered something in an IKEA store or at IKEA.be and change your mind, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not shipped.
Check the status of your order on our self-service portal. Be sure to keep your order number on hand, along with the email address or phone number you used to place the order.
If you can no longer cancel your order, that means your order is being processed and will be shipping soon. You can no longer cancel it, but if you do change your mind you can always return any articles you don’t want to keep (after delivery). At IKEA we give you a full 365 days to return any IKEA product – opened or unopened – that meets the conditions of the IKEA return policy.
You can also cancel online orders within 14 days of receipt. You will get a full refund covering the cost of the order and the basic delivery costs if you cancel within 14 days of delivery.
