What do I do if my delivery is incomplete?
We always collect every order carefully, but it may happen that an item or part is missing.
Have you opted for home delivery?
Some orders consist of multiple deliveries. Are some products still missing? Then these may be delivered via an extra parcel or lorry. Would you like to know when you can expect the delivery? You can check the status of your order yourself here.
Have you already received all deliveries but are still missing a product?
