Payment options

At IKEA, we think everyone deserves a well-designed, functional home – and that paying for it shouldn’t be difficult. That’s why we have multiple payment options for in-store and online shopping, including financial services for when you need a little extra help, which you’ll find on this page.

How to pay at IKEA

Whether you’re buying a new kitchen or just an IKEA hot dog, there are plenty of payment options. Which one is the best for you depends on where you’re shopping – and what you’re buying. 

  • Unfortunately, for technical reasons we are unable to accept consumption vouchers in the store.  
    You can use them in the Swedish Restaurant, the Swedish Bistro and the Swedish Food Market, however.

    The following payment options are available in the store:

    Important information
    *You need to show valid ID when paying by credit card without PIN.
    **Cash payments totalling up to 3.000€ are permitted under Belgian law.

Scan & Go

With Scan & Go you pay without waiting.

Scan your products while you shop with your smartphone and the IKEA app. This way, you can avoid the queue and pay with your card at the special Scan & Go checkout. Download the IKEA app, visit our store and try out our new service! The feature will soon be available in other stores.
